Passionate about mentoring the next generation of engineers — several of the engineers I worked with closely have gone on to technical lead promotions, and watching that transition from individual contributor to technical leader is among the most satisfying parts of this work.
Bridging Silicon Valley and India's tech ecosystem has been a defining thread of my career. Having operated inside Big Tech in the US and now building from Hyderabad, I understand both the ambition of the Indian engineering talent pool and the quality bar required to compete globally. That dual perspective shapes how I advise founders and evaluate architecture.
Outside of AI systems, I'm drawn to the structural problems: why some organizations build durable things and others build impressive things that don't last. That question applies equally to software systems, teams, and companies — and it's the lens through which I approach all strategic work.
